Our Story

Ormevale began with a single tote, made for a friend who wanted a bag that would still be around when the trip was a memory.

We make leather goods that are meant to be kept. Every piece is cut, stitched and finished by hand in small workshops in Italy and England, from leathers tanned slowly in vegetable extracts.

We do not do seasons in the usual sense. Pieces enter the collection when they are right and leave it rarely.
