Warranty

Every Ormevale piece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the date of purchase. We repair the piece; where a repair is not possible we replace it, and where neither is possible we refund it.

Wear, patina, leather that has stretched with use and the marks of a life well travelled are not defects. Neither is damage from an accident, from misuse, or from a repair made elsewhere.

How to use it

Send photographs of the piece and the order number, tell us how the piece is used, and we answer within one working day. Carriage both ways is at our cost when the claim is accepted.

It does not replace your legal rights

This commercial warranty is granted in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery and to the guarantee against hidden defects. Those apply whatever this page says, cost nothing, and are described in our Terms of sale.
