A field jacket kept plain. Four patch pockets under pointed flaps, two at the chest and two at the hip, a zip front without a storm flap, and a pointed shirt collar. A yoke crosses the chest and the back.
A flat band finishes the hem and the cuffs, and each cuff closes with a metal fastener. It layers over a shirt or a light knit. Keep it for dry days, as suede takes water badly.
