In sand, the Arlo shows a fine pebbled grain, visible in the photos across the front pocket. Pale leather marks early and darkens where it is handled, so expect the handle to change first. The body is square and structured and keeps its shape.
A zip runs over the top and down the sides to the main compartment, lined in dark fabric, with a sleeve for a laptop up to 14 inches. A large zipped pocket covers the front, and a vertical zip pocket sits on the back.
